Comprehensive technical details and specifications for our industrial tank gauging solution

Product Description

This system is designed to monitor one tank in conjunction with a two point float switch for High Level and Low Level to control an existing 120VAC solenoid valve.Automatic ModeWhen power is applied to the system while mode switch is in “Auto” position, the valve will open at the low level switch. This condition will energize the 120VAC solenoid valve and illuminate the valve open light. The valve will remain open until the high level float switch is actuated. This condition will cause the valve open light to turn off and de-energize the valve causing the valve to close.Manual ModeWhen the mode switch is in “Hand” valve will open until the low level float switch is actuated. This condition will illuminate the valve open light only to indicate there is a low level condition. Upon the level reaching the high level float switch, the valve open light will turn off indicating that a high level condition has occurred. This mode is generally used when maintenance is being preformed on the valve or the valve controller has failed.Off ModeWhen the mode switch is in the “Off” position, the system will be shutdown thus NOT providing any alarms and valve must be manually controlled. This mode is generally used when maintenance is being preformed on the VC-1T2LHOA or valve, or the valve controller has failed.
